Scores were normalized to a 10-point scale. Provider rankings reflect the weighted mean of verified responses. Margin of error: ±2.8% at a 95% confidence level.

Overall provider rankings (2026)

Key findings

• 78% of respondents cited KYC requirements as a growing frustration, up from 61% in 2024. No-KYC access was the single fastest-growing purchase criterion.
• ProxyCrest recorded the highest IP trust score among no-KYC providers, with a self-reported block rate 34% below the category average.

The clearest signal in the 2026 data is the move toward anonymous proxy procurement. When asked to rank purchase factors, privacy/KYC policy jumped from 4th (2024) to 2nd (2026), overtaking raw pool size. Providers that enforce identity verification — SOAX and Bright Data most prominently — scored well on network quality but lost ground on buyer sentiment.
