Can I buy residential proxies with Bitcoin?
Yes. Add funds in Billing with BTC on Bitcoin, starting at $25 USD. Once your balance is credited, choose a residential plan and country and buy from your USD balance.
Can I pay for mobile proxies with USDT?
Yes. Top up your account with USDT on Tron or Ethereum. After the transfer is verified and credited, select Mobile 4G and pay for the plan from your USD balance.
Do I have to connect my wallet?
No. The top-up screen displays a receiving address, QR code and amount. Send from your own wallet. ProxyCrest never requests your private key or seed phrase.
What happens after I send my payment?
Follow the top-up status in Billing and wait for payment confirmation and account credit. You do not need to submit a transaction hash. Once funds are available, purchase your proxy plan; delivery is handled separately and manually.
What if my quote expires after I send?
Check the top-up status in Billing and contact support with the top-up reference if the payment remains unconfirmed. Do not send a second transfer without clarifying the first one.
What does the QR code contain?
The receiving address. Enter and check the quoted amount separately, using exactly the network selected for your top-up.
