Choose your top-up currency and network
Open Billing to add funds. BTC uses Bitcoin; ETH uses Ethereum; SOL uses Solana; TRX uses Tron; LTC uses Litecoin. USDT supports Ethereum or Tron, and USDC supports Ethereum. Always send using the address and network recorded for that top-up; identically named assets on different chains are not interchangeable.
Check the minimum, amount and exchange rates
Each top-up must be at least $25 USD. Review the quoted crypto amount and its fifteen-minute validity before transferring funds. Network fees are separate. Your account balance is in USD, while proxy catalogue prices remain in EUR. Purchases use the fixed catalogue rate of 1 EUR = 1.1355 USD, dated 30 September 2026; the exact USD debit is displayed before you buy. A plan price below $25 does not reduce the minimum top-up.
Wait for payment confirmation and account credit
Send the exact quoted amount to the receiving address on the selected network. No transaction hash submission is required. Follow the top-up status in Billing and wait for payment confirmation and account credit before purchasing a plan. If a quote expires after you send funds, check its status and contact support with the top-up reference before making another transfer.
Buy with credited funds and follow delivery
Once funds are credited, select your proxy type, country and plan. Review the USD amount to be deducted and confirm the purchase if your balance is sufficient. Adding funds does not itself order or activate a proxy. Your proxy order is paid from the balance and its credentials are delivered manually to My proxies. Unspent credit remains in your account for later purchases.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum amount I can add?
Each crypto top-up must be at least $25 USD. This is a funding minimum, not a minimum proxy order value. Once credited, your balance can pay for any plan it covers.
Does the top-up QR code include the amount?
The QR code contains the receiving address. Check the selected network and enter the exact quoted crypto amount separately in your wallet.
Can I send USDT using another chain?
Use only the network selected for the top-up. A compatible-looking address does not establish that a transfer on another chain will be accepted or recovered.
Will topping up automatically activate a proxy?
No. Your payment must be confirmed and credited to your USD balance first. You then buy a plan using that balance, and access delivery is handled manually.
